Founded in 2023, Opteamyzer builds decision-support tools that help leadership teams measure compatibility risk, anticipate turnover exposure, and strengthen collaboration. Our core platform blends psychometrics, behavioural analytics, and AI to translate individual differences into clear business signals.
We operate fully remotely. Team members are based in the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, Finland, Thailand, Cambodia, and Kazakhstan. This geographical spread gives us a broad view of workplace culture and lets us validate models across diverse contexts.
Our staff includes organisational psychologists, data scientists, software engineers, sports-performance analysts, and product strategists. Several hold advanced degrees in fields such as sociology, mathematics, and neurobiology; all share a commitment to evidence-based practice.
