Patterns of Quadras in Socionics
In every development process, including social evolution, there are certain patterns. An important role in these processes is played by social groups, called quadras in socionics. The order of the quadras is unchanging, much like the natural cycle of seasons: spring transitions to summer, then autumn, and finally winter. This explains why 16 sociotypes are divided into four quadras, each differing in age, life views, and social roles.

Quadras and Their Signs
Formally, each quadra unites sociotypes according to two pairs of Reinin characteristics: democracy/aristocracy and judicious/decisive.
A quadra is a group of sociotypes that are compatible with each other and united by common goals, life positions, and methods of achieving plans. Each quadra has a unique psychological atmosphere called the spirit of the quadra.
